A few things I want to talk about

I think I can talk about what's coming up for this year!
First:
I got into the habit of working 8 hours a day this year. This means that I'll be able to get mangas out quickly once a month. I'll take a break after the release of Reiko's chapter to see my father, then I'll get back to work.
I want celestia out absolutely by February. Otherwise it'll be early March.
Secondly:
I'm going to standardize the way I make manga. From now on I'll propose mangas of 10 to 15 pages maximum to be easier. I don't want to exceed 30 pages over two months.
So it'll be 10 + 10 + 10 or 15 + 15 or 20 + 10. You get the idea! Haha.
Thirdly :
there's one subject I'd like your opinion on, and that's my subscription prices.
Over time I've accumulated a lot of manga and the prices are very good. But with the rising cost of living and my desire to go to school in Japan next year, I think I'd need an increase of just 1€ or even 50 cents would be enough.
So I haven't made up my mind yet. I'd like to hear from you if you're interested in a raise or not. What I can propose is to do an illustration a month to compensate.
It doesn't matter if no one is interested. I'm not looking for an increase at any price. Right now I don't need one.
Fourthly :
I'll probably open the requests in April. I'll try to take on one person already to see how it works and I'll program my rules to avoid certain abuses. Haha.

2025-01-08 21:43:03 +0000 UTCI'd pay an extra dollar a month for an extra picture. Plus I think it would be a nice way to put to paper an idea you have that's not quite big enough for a whole comic. Maybe something like one of the girls transformed or partly transformed and another girl reacting in the same picture. It could be a cute little extra monthly or every other month.

2025-01-08 10:15:49 +0000 UTCI currently pay 11.50 a month, so raising it to 13 would not be unreasonable. Then think about changing your 6 dollar tier to be 7.50 and giving access to the monthly pages only would not be unreasonable. Moving the WIP sketches and poll access to the 13 dollar tier would also not be unreasonable. As you said you do have an extensive back catalog so getting access to everything for 13 is good value. That said raising prices might also mean losing subscribers. So it is a balance to consider when doing such. If you lose more money in people not subscribing monthly over what you gain in raising prices. Maybe play with prices for a few months before you need the money and see how it balances out before cementing anything.

You are a talented artist, and you not only deserve to make a living from your craft but also make enough to be able to pursue your dreams and ambitions in life. If you feel you need to raise your prices to fund your education and keep up with the rising cost of living (something I know we all struggle with these days) then you absolutely should. I for one have no issues with an increase. Keep up the great work!
