So I had a few minutes to spare and decided to start working a bit on 3D Libuše. But I forgot that Blender is freaking addictive, so here's the outside part of her head. I'll keep you posted of all progress.
I added the basis sketch as background image for the front and right views, created a simple plane, added a mirror modifier, aligned it with the center of her face and just extruded, merged and tweaked for a while. As far as I know, there's no science about modeling, you just adjust vertices until everything looks right.
And it is so much fun!
