She also had gained a reputation for being a showboater. She was gifted with natural talents and didn’t see the harm in hamming it up to the media when they interviewed her. She knew she was great. The world knew she was the greatest; the press loved her performance in the pool and during interviews. She enjoyed sharing a moment of ‘levity’ with reporters. Otherwise, Jessica was a fastidious athlete working extra hours every chance she could to get just that little extra edge.
