And yeah to echo what other people have said the baby sitter got quite a lot of attention for this movie. I think she even got a go fund me that she decided to donate to her local church roof fund. Top Lady !

Dunno why people got so offended by this. It’s a fun , silly super satirical comedy. I also thought the fact that they adapted this sequel by writing Borats daughter into the script to get around Sachas fame genius.

I think you're right. Penn Jillette wrote a really interesting article a few years back saying that SBC doesn't understand his own comedy. I personally think he does - but he doesn't care about the lives he destroys. James Corbett did a video on him too.

When I saw the trailer I wasn't so sure about the daughter character. I ended up really enjoying her performance. I think she got the most laughs from me. The sitter was a cool lady. There were a lot of hilarious moments but it did get a bit too blatantly demonizing one side by the end…They should of done the Rudy Giuliani bit with Andrew Cuomo instead, I mean they were in New York. But all his alleged sexual assaults were not news worthy back then before the election for some reason… and he was too busy I guess accepting emmys for his outstanding handling of COVID.

Josh you need to do ‘this is America’ I think it’s called. It’s like a 6 part SBC recent tv series where he dresses up in full on make up and trolls people. It’s very similar vibe to this.

I watched Borat again and I've changed my whole opinion on it. The teens in the Motorhome, they are drunk idiots saying things drunk idiots day, but don't actually mean. That movie probably ruined a good 5 years of their life. You had the Jew Down The Well people, they were just singing that song to be polite to an immigrant. They were actually trying to be nice, none of them believed the sentiment of the song..... again probably ruined their lives for a short while. In this movie however, it goes even further, it's just people who are deers in the headlights, going along with it cause it is filmed. I find it quite disgusting really, how he treats people in these shows. In Bruno he says he interviews a terrorist, I looked him up and he isn't a terrorist, he sued them and won. Edit: And the difference between this and other hidden camera shows. The other ones make people as the innocent bystander, this one sets them up to make them look bad. For me it just speaks to the tribalism of one side vs another, we can obviously see the political message. Tbh people need to get rid of that thought :/ When WW3 or a civil war starts, I'm not fighting.... I think both sides are a waste of space and humans are just stupid. Falling into this trap again, you can see it a mile off, but the media, politicians, celebs are all setting it up.... then they'll act innocent when it kicks off. We saw it in 2020 with BLM and all the riots, all brainwashed for a fake cause to make a few people rich. Where did all the money go? Did it help black people? No. You just bought a political movement that the Democrats rode to power on. And I think Republicans are stupid as hell too btw, but Ron DeSantis seems to be the only good politician from 2020.

This is the most disappointing sequel I’ve ever seen

Whenever there is a 10yr+ gap between an original and sequel, it’s all mostly a money grab that’s phoned in. Doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy though. SBC is the greatest exponent of ‘buffoonery’ there every was.

I found it too politically biased, I mean I dunno who that Rudy guy is, but doing my research on the footage.... the original video shows he was innocent. However they edited it to make it look bad, just manipulated the footage. The whole movie is that, it's just Republican bad, Democrat good..... really weird. And I'm not from the US so I do not care, but the first movie wasn't like this. The footage in this movie was so fake and edited, more than usual from him. I think he only made it for an election year..... + He pretends to be Jewish, but he isn't, he hates Jews. He was all backing Palestine :/ Wtf? Israel was defending itself from rockets coming from Hamas.

He virtually took us around the church and they were housing and feeding a lot of people who were struggling.

Love this movie, girl who plays his daughter is amazing. I like this one more than the first. I get if people think the first one is better but blows my mind that fans of Borat wouldn't like this movie at all.
