Hey everyone,
I asked you to vote, you voted, and I delivered! Thank you everyone who voted and helped me focus on what matters to you most. The updates you voted on are now here, have been finalized, and pushed to the Dev Pack listing! Here are the details:
X1 Machine Preset For Bambu Studio

Getting setup with SteinWipe's machine codes has never been easier with the introduction to machine presets (only avail in SteinWipe Dev Pack). Lets quickly go over how to load a preset into BBS.
First, head over to the SteinWipe Dev Pack and download the preset folder, unzip it and store the provided machine model files somewhere safe where they wont get moved or delete.

There are 4 model files in total so make sure you select the correct one for the machine preset you would like to create and for which slicer - it matters!
(P1 should be out soon, X1 is now avail for BBS and Orca).

Open BBS and add the provided 3MF using the add model button

Select the correct preset you would like to create a profile for

Before you can add the SteinWipe Bed Model into the viewer, you must save the provided machine as a New Machine Preset

The Machine Models are saved locally on your computer, not within the files for the slicer. You must link the file to be used

After selecting the model for your new machine preset, do a final save

πππ Your new preset now contains everything you need to use SteinWipe to it's full potential in BBS!πππ

Completely Redesigned Material Change Code (Beta)
So, what are the highlights of the changes? Well, for starters, available for the X1 and P1 - this completely overhauled material change routine has been designed to bring more reliable material changes to your machines. Key features:
Addresses waste chute clogs by breaking up large prime amounts.
Optimized pre-cleaning minimizes purges from sticking and getting pulled out into your print.
Optimized travels - material changes will now signal a cut BEFORE going to the chute, saving time and potential for oozing.
SteinSwitch for a wipe cycle before returning back to printing ensures you start printing with no strings.
Overall less material needed to purge when dividing up prime cycles.
There is a video in the works going over how the new routine varies from the stock routine so keep an eye out for this!
Additional Codes For BBS and X1C
If you already own the X1 SteinWipe, you can now download all 7 codes for Orca Slicer and the newly uploaded 5 codes for Bambu Studio (Beta).
P1 Updates
Included in the shenanigans I got up to this weekend, I was also able to apply the newest tweaks to the P1 Start Gcode and Material Change Gcode for BBS and Orca Slicer which Orca also includes a new very special Extrusion Role Gcode file. So make sure you check those out if you are using the P1 Series printer!
Final Thoughts
Every day I see the community comments; whether it's the YouTube channel or In my DMs from people sharing their experience with this solution and how it helped their process - this is what makes it all so worth the effort! Thank you all so much for giving me the chance to work on such a fun project with you and for showing so much love and support.
Until next time,
Leckiestein
