Update

First, thank you, all, for your continued support. It means a lot that you’ve stuck with me and given me valuable feedback. Unfortunately, besides writing scripts, I won’t be able to work on my animations until April. Normally, I’d be well into an animation by this time of the month, but I was very sick (getting over it now), and my son’s feet needed some corrective surgery and he needed constant care. As for the rest of the month, we will be traveling in search of a new place to call home. For several years, we’ve been planning to move out of Florida, and had set aside the latter half of March to explore parts of the US. We’re starting this journey by heading west, to the mountains. Later, toward the end of summer, we’ll probably head out again to explore the Northeast. Maybe we’ll finally be able to move next year. The future is uncertain.

During our travels, I will try to remain creative by writing scripts and premises. I’ve already been working on a script which I think will make a good animation, a serious one about life after the end of civilization, focusing on an old man’s lamentations as the last person with living memory of the Old World - the era in which we currently live. It is meant to invoke questions about our priorities, meant to invoke greater appreciation for each other and for our world and civilization. If all goes well, it could be my most professional-looking work to date, as I plan to employ some new animation techniques. Of course, you will be updated on the progress of my next project once some acceptable visuals have been completed, but that won’t be until April. I really hate taking time off, but it’s necessary in order to move. I’ll be back, striving to be better than ever.
