United Megamobilous

There's a civilization that is based on reaching something ("something" is all I'll say about that for now), and their entire sense of worth corresponds to the progress toward that single goal. Stopping is anathema. Moving ever forward is paramount. Throughout the centuries, this ideal leads to the gradual development of a massive mobile city, United Megamobilous, which is basically their entire nation.
