Mako finished all of his Book 2 lines except like 4. (idk if this is what you guys meant) It's an obvious difference of voice but it is still the 2nd best Iroh voice they could have gotten. ps. This is not a kids show dude

Michael and Brian's official ship name is Bryke. Unfortunately, they've split from each other for a bit to work on their own projects so the only Avatar content we have right now is ATLA, Korra, and the comics. Luckily they never said splitting apart was permanent and they might work on Avatar in the future. Also I wish Nickelodeon would sell the rights to Netflix or something because hardcore fans and regular fans alike all just need more Avatar!!

I love this episode! It gives more nuance to the Fire Nation- it's easy to think of them as all evil, but they're not. It gives new importance to the cause of defeating the Fire Lord, because it would free the whole world, including the people of the Fire Nation. Flameo hotman!

Fucking died laughing from the nahid coffee mug thing. Love the reaction guys! this is probably my favorite episode of the entire series bc aang is my favorite character. Also, when you guys were talking about the way to reach spiritual enlightenment means letting go of your loved ones, it reminded me of what uncle says to aang immediately afterward, "perfection and power are overrated, I think you are very wise to choose happiness and love." That hit home w me as a kid, bc I thought for endgame, aang would have to do this bc he is the avatar and it's his duty and that's how these stories work. But uncle swoops in like lol no u don't. It really made me believe that you can choose to do what you believe is right for you, and really follow your own destiny, just like iroh has been saying all along :)

The headband is actually the school uniform's belt. And Kuzon was Aang's friend from the Fire Nation. And Mai had always have a crush on Zuko. Back in Zuko Alone and in the flashback, Mai was shown to blush when Zuko entered. And when Azula recruited Mai and Tylee to hunt down Zuko, Mai actually smiled (and you know she rarely smiles).

I loved this episode, this show had so many layers, Suraj is right it really is a masterpiece. I know some might think this is filler, but episodes like this are important because it shows Aang helping the people. All the people. He's the Avatar for everyone, even the Fire Nation. Even thought they are at war, their people face oppression too. I loved when they showed how propaganda ruled the Fire Nation. I understand why the others questioned him, but Aang understood the importance of helping those kids be free. I was happy the others understood at the end because it's easy to vilify an entire people but there are always innocents. This is Aang's destiny and everyone is important. Loved the editing Suraj, so excited for the skits man! I'm sorry to hear poor Appa is getting stanked up! I suggest taking him to get dry cleaned! BTW, to answer the Normies question where the headbands came from at the end, those are actually the belts on the kid's school uniforms.

Yeah, good video guys. On the topic of Mai, I can totally understand why you doubt their relationship. It definitely does take some time to qualify it and show their chemistry. But lemme just tell you now, by the end of the season, you will think they are almost as OTP as Katara and Aang.

Although there are fans who consider this episode to be filler, I think it's an important instance in which Aang can familiarize himself with the Fire Nation's people, and realize that even though they are at war with them, they're as much victims of Ozai as the others nations. In addition, it's a hilarious episode, with several moments considered iconic. A good tribute to Footloose and Spartacus is always welcome.

Personally, I didn't like this episode that much, but i really enjoyed this reaction. You and this show's actually the reason that I joined patreon.
