Normies! Little Interesting Fact.. I remember you said "FireLord Azulon (Ozai/Iroh's Father) isn't that bad because he gave mercy to Iroh and Punished Ozai for Revoking Irish birth right.." in the Zuko Alone Ep Well he's the one that sent the Southern Raiders to Attack the Southern Water Tribe, So he still a piece of shit.. ALSO in the Sokka/Katara Flashbacks The Reason why the Fire Nation Invaded and killed the remaining Southern Water Tribe Benders is because of HAMA.. Back (How ever many years ago..) when she invented Blood bending and Blood Bent her way out of the Prison (Puppet Master Ep) this was a Deadly Problem to the Fire Nation and they had to quickly resolve it.. Soooo the Fire Nation killed the rest of the Water Tribe Prisoners and then went Back to the Water Tribe to kill all remaining Water Benders which was only 1 left.. that being Katara, So Blame Hama for Kya's Immediate Death. And the "Two Headed Rat Viper", I actually genuinely like that line 😂 It's like a snake, except instead of one side the head and the back side is the tail, it's actually another Head.. So when one head bites the other head, it watches its opponent go down, without realising he's actually being poisoned itself from itself.. Idk just thought it was cool concept on revenge and is somewhat True. Great Video 🙏🏽 Also what's happening with the FINALE?

Yeah!!! I'm glad you were able to finish it! I love your discussions so much!! Also: if you thought editing this one was hard, good luck with the rest of the season... I imagine Ember Island Players would end up being a choppy mess in order to fit in every joke and laughing fit. Heck, if you had to split each episode of the 4-part finale into two halves each just to fit in everything I would totally understand that, there is just SO MUCH that happens here at the end of the series!

And Sokka and Suki are totally getting physical :P He was freaking waiting for her without pants on

I feel like it was really important for us to see Katara go to the dark side for a minute in order to show what revenge can turn you in to. We've gotten familiar with both her grief and her strong moral compass over the seasons so to see her turn to a technique that causes her emotional pain to use on what turns out to be the wrong man really drives home how the idea of getting back at someone can twist you. Her journey here is necessary to set up the emotional investment in Aang's conflict with how he's going to defeat the Firelord. Otherwise it would be really hard to frame exactly what is at stake for Aang personally for folks who aren't familiar with the concept of ahimsa and how strict Buddhist/Air Nomad culture is about harming no living thing. It was pretty cool to see him act like a monk in this episode, it reminded me again that he has the benefit of the wisdom of his past lives.

I think that having Katara go to the dark side for a bit was a good thing because it shows that even someone as pure hearted as Katara has a dark side.

Fun fact (and can't remember where I read this): Sokka is seen making a Lei of flowers the next morning, suggesting he got "laid" last night XD

Sokka was 16 at the beginning, which was about a half year ago in the chronology of the show, so he could conceivably be 17 now
