Death Note or Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Wow seeing people here worry that FMA:B will take too long if just 1 episode a week... MEANWHILE IN THE FUTURE I COME FROM, they're watching Naruto which was 135 or so episodes without filler and then they're like 300 episodes in Shippudden without Filler, and only like 100 more to go, which is still more than FMA:B. lmao

Death Note is shorter, so it could be done with people who havn't seen it. However, FMAB is one of my favorite shows of all time and I would like to see you all react to it. So whichever you guys choose I would be okay with, just so long as you get to both of them at some time.

Why are people complaining about the time it will take for FMA:B? If it's a good series (like avatar) that has an ending what's the big deal. Do you want the Normies to just complete 20 ,12 episode animes? Like do you get a trophy for how many anime you complete? Its 64 ep total I believe, it's not crazy. AND it's the greatest anime of all time!!

The only reason why I don't want them to do FMAB is because they're going take forever to finish it. They need to do two episodes a week if they're planning to do FMAB, otherwise people will LOSE interest.

It’s not just more concise, it’s a completely different story (except for the beginning) which follows the source material (manga) more faithfully.

But one day I will get you guys to watch Voltron Legendary Defender. I was surprised how good it is (almost Avatar level good), I’m a big fan!

I love Death Note and If Death note had ended at season 1 it would be almost the perfect anime but it doesn't. Halfway though it loses its addictive, fun plot and just becomes kind of meh. Pretty much anytime Kira doesn't have a notebook the show loses "something" that's hard for me to put my finger on. Fullmetal just stays on its slow incline to awesomeness. Its characters alone are just more fun to watch, cheer and even cry for. Any of FMA's supporting cast could have a mini series about them.

At some point, you guys should watch My Hero Academia, I think you'd love it! If FMA:B wins, I think you should watch it dubbed. I usually prefer subs, but the dub for that one is surprisingly really really good, and I actually prefer Alphonse's (one of the main characters) voice in the dub over the sub.

If they can go with a smaller group of people who haven't seen Death Note without any hassle, then Death Note for sure as It is shorter. But if that is difficult, then FMA Brotherhood. Either way, I'm happy. :D

Death note is great but with this new information seems like FMA:B is the right way to go especially since someone pointed out its a lot like a darker avatar.

Fullmetal Alchemist seems like the right way to go since less people have seen it. For as much fun as Death Note can be it's super over dramatic and second season just isnt as good as the first. Wheres I feel Fullmetal just continues to build on itself after each episode.

I voted for Death Note but now idk. Just choose whatever is easiest to shoot. Like which ever is easier to get the needed people. I kinda want you guys to watch Death Note maybe with like a group who haven't seen it yet but It eould probably be more fun to watch somethings alot of people haven't seen so FMAB might be better.

DEATH NOTE with a new "cozy #"(ie: people who haven't seen it). The small group reactions are ABSOLUTE GOLD when used with a really good show.

FMAB english dub is a work of art they hired amazing voice actors prob the best dubbing of any anime.

I guess it depends on who or how many people are available to watch each show. I prefer Death Note first, just because it's shorter but if it's too much of a hassle to get the right people together to watch it right now, I'd be perfectly fine with FMA:B too.
