Anthony, Yeah I've been following Blindwave for a while :) Although there are definitely some criticisms you can level at book 2, I don't dislike anywhere near as much as some people do. It's a good book overall, with some execution issues, mostly. Never liked the twins.

The show will win over Nahid by the end of season 1. Then season 2 will happen... then he'll get back on board by season 3. Blind Wave just did the season 3 finale and their discussion is almost an hour long. I think the Normies will appreciate it as well.

Yeah, I'm also glad that they didn't go that route since for me, there's already Amon and Hiroshi as the antagonists. No need to throw Asami into the mix as well. Also, if people were getting suspicious vibes from Asami thinking she was some kind of spy or was going to betray Korra and the others, that was most likely intentional on Bryke's part.

Nahid's reasons for disliking Korra are kind of silly. Doesn't seem to accept that Korra is not Aang. and her character arc is also totally different. Oh well.

I was hooked on Korra right away since I had to wait 4 years after Last Airbender lol. Its hard to compete with ATLA though since it is such an epic, grand adventure. That being said I still love Korra and its one of my all time favorite shows. My only issues with it can be attributed to how poorly Nickelodeon treated the staff and production of the show.

I think you should hold off on seeing the thumbnails since i believe in the last episode for season 1 there’s a spoiler so try and don’t see the thumbnails! Great reaction again guys and yes the season is just getting better and better from here on out, the last 5-6? Episodes of this season are soooo amazing.

Fun fact: Asami was originally supposed to be an Equalist spy that would use Mako to get close to Korra. Bryke later changed it because she became a compelling character to them. I for one loved it, because I grew to like Asami before this episode and it wasn't until this episode where she won me over with her character overall. Turning against her dad, her last living family, for a group of people she didn't know all that well yet took courage. Let's be real, she could've easily sided with her dad but she didn't. Despite a firebender killing her mom, Asami was not blinded by hate and vengeance. She still knew right from wrong and what her dad was doing was wrong.
