Loved this episode for the world-building and philosophical moments! Appa and Momo came to life more in this episode and I loved that! Goes to show even though they're animals, they still felt distinctly real. Katara's happy tears at seeing her mom again and Sokka probably feeling guilty for not protecting Yue made me so sad. Even after 12 years now, this show still hits me in the feels every time :) And from what I gathered, the swamp was responsible for that tornado. I mean, you saw how it came to life and smacked the shit out of that screeching bird, right? xD
