Wan Shi Tong didn't destroy his library, he only took it back to the spirit world thus removing it from the physical plane.

The owl's name Wan Shi Tong (万事通) literally translate to Knowing Ten Thousands Things in Chinese. Most of the words / characters are Chinese characters!

Also, as for how the sandbenders found them I assume its because they live in the desert and so know how to traverse it very well. Also, they ganged up on Appa earlier in the episode so maybe they followed them there.

I'm really enjoying this and didn't expect these episodes to come out so quickly. I'm definitely getting more than my money's worth with you guys; although, I'm more than happy to support you guys even without the early access because you're so awesome. Keep it up!!! Also, I'm gonna be that guy... Grammar Nazi mode engaged. La biblioteca. Las bibliotecas. "Library" is feminine in Spanish so you use "la" not "el". Most nouns that end in the letter "a" use "la". Some notable nouns with weird gender: hands (las manos) and dress (el vestido). My crazy Spanish teacher drilled that firmly into my head after all the tests I failed. Grammar Nazi mode disengage. Feel free to complain about my grammar rant, its irrelevance, and various other failings on my part fellow patrons. Lol.

Wow, I forgot how intense that episode is! The animation of Wan Shi Tong is super cool, he looks so scary when his neck extends. And it was cool seeing Sokka really step it up as a leader, showing how using knowledge and strategy to win a war can be more important that brute strength. Great reaction, I'm excited for the next one! :)

I always wished that Aang had explained the situation better to the owl and had referenced the death of the moon spirit as the danger to not just humans but spirits as well. As that avatar I think that would have pulled more weight then just vouching for Sokka's lies
