As was stated there was only one bullet when his partner showed up to kill Jackson. Also the partner calls Jet the black dog. You guys have to start paying attention to conversations because you're missing alot.

Under that, Pluto would be a planet again (as would many moons and even our moon, I think). I’m guessing he heard about that row and maybe their book but nothing has ever officially changed from my knowledge.
