There really aren't "parts", it's a continuous story, wasn't sent as seasons with breaks or anything, no need to think about that aspect so much:P

I think there is an important thing to note that you guys seem to have forgotten. Back in episode 23 or 24, Ling explained that he could sense multiple souls in Gluttony, but Bradley felt like a normal human. Also, a few episodes later, Wrath explained to Mustang that only a single soul resides within him now. This is why he is able to age. So unlike the other Homunculi, Bradley can be killed if he is wounded enough. His body isn't much different from a normal human's. He's just extremely powerful and skilled.

Alphonse's fight in the next episode is my favorite. The animators went all out on it.

That ending with Al was so badass and it not only hyped me up, but it was so emotional as well. Al was not willing to use the philosopher's stone to get his body back, but he was willing to use it in order to fight back and honor those who were sacrificed for that stone. That's also what makes Al different from Ed. He's willing to compromise. I know you didn't show it, but out of all the openings, this new opening "Rain" is definitely my favorite. It just gives off this feeling of a long journey finally coming to an end. And with it comes all these bittersweet feelings as well as seeing everyone that has been with you through it all.
