[Early Access] BoJack Horseman - 2x7 Hank After Dark - Group Reaction

Dark episode.  And still as relevant as when it was released.  This show seems to be turning into a dim satire that shines light into the darkest places of Hollywood.  Diane genuinely seems to care about helping people, but does she also suffer from a "hero complex"?  Is it right for her to get involved and bring all those around her down with her?  Even though it doesn't really have anything to do with her?  Was she right to step up?  Doesn't someone have to eventually?  Even if it may be a dark reality that, in all likeliness, you won't bring the bad guy down.... does that mean we shouldn't try at all?

I don't like Diane's actions in this. She is right. She is fighting the good fight BUT she did not check her support system. She hurt her support system instead. Yes, she was doing a good thing BUT BoJack was completely in the right, Peanut Butter was right... SHE was never going to win it. She got support from the very same people that were sheilding the perpetrator!

Satire and social commentary in Bojack is through the roof. I love it so much.

Asadullah Khan

Same. I love these.

Who writes these descriptions? I love the discussion points put into them!

I love that you guys saw both side to the Mr Peanutbutter and Diane situation. Because the game show is Mr PB's job but Diane is also a writer/journalist so it's a tricky situation. And you want to take both sides. But I love that you guys said that the change has to start with someone

Try not to miss the end of episodes guys. Bojack as a show has mastered the end of episode cut to black with that melancholic song and some of the best moments happen right at the end x

I'm second?

Jeez, I guess I'm first :)
