However with that being said I feel like this should be reason as to why you guys shouldn’t edited your videos on the day or like a day before they’re released cause we all know you guys watch these way before we see them because of living situations (cause I’m pretty Rana/Nahid live far away, Illinois I think ) you guys should edit in advance so when something like this happens you don’t have to put extra stress on yourself and just relax

Well, I don't know what kind of job you have but yes people do at times have the luxury to spend time away from work especially if you use your time off wisely. And yes, when someone is working at their own business they can afford to provide themselves with more off time because they are their own boss, but it shows how dedicated they are to the work if they are always consistent and frequent with their product/output majority of the time. They are being open and honest with you. Can you say the same from other businesses? You certainly don't have the same luxury of speaking down to the direct heads of other companies if you are unsatisfied. Yes, as a paying customer you are entitled to withdraw your funds but learn to be empathetic. It's people like you for the reason why I left certain jobs because they feel they are entitled to their service while bullying the workers not understanding everyone is human and should be treated with respect regardless of the circumstances. The next time someone makes your work day a living hell, remember this post you just made.

I'm not angry and I can be patience, but I have cancelled my subscription here until you guys sort things out. Me, I don't have the privilege to not show up to work if I'm feeling bad, so I hope you guys know how much of an luxury it is to get paid to sort out your personal issues, not by me however, because that's not how real life works. You guys claim this is a job now, ok, than treat it as such. I'm unhappy for a while with the irregular content updates for premiums and it's simply not worth the money for me right now. I'm a customer and I'm not getting what I paid for, it's as simple as that. That's why professionals produce content ahead of time, so it doesn't matter what happens in life. I come back in a while to see if you take it more serious in the future.

I think patreon shows you a more realistic understanding-to-bitching ratio than YouTube and general internet comments. The whiners are a very vocal minority elsewhere, but here you can see how scarce they really are. Maybe we also love you more on average here, but I just can't stress enough how rare the trolls and people who can't read are in the grand scheme of things. It helps that you're keeping us informed but you don't even owe us that much. Don't worry about it. We're here 🤗

I'm one of those that this offers a therapeutic effect and I can 100% say that I absolutely understand what he is going through right now and there is no patreon in their right mind that would judge or give ANY sort of negative criticism to Suraj or the Normies. If they do they don't belong as patreons.
