2019-01-30 14:45:07 +0000 UTCAs for "why was Hank waiting?", this is a point that doesn't come across many people's mind (I think it should nowadays, after all the horrible mass runover terrorist attacks =/) is that a car is ONE HELL of a weapon. With a move from a hand and a push of a foot, you can throw around some 5 thousand pounds of weight at some 10 m/s IN AN INSTANT with a car; if you are in your car and notice someone is coming for you, if you know how to play your cards (like Hank did here), you effectively have a murder machine at your beck. Running away by driving he could make himself an easy target (need to keep your head in view to see where you are driving); if he left the car, he'd be out in the open, just after losing his gun. Staying in the car, he keeps some level of control over the battlefield.
