This post actually made me wonder two things: 1) why does Patreon still not have its own internal media player? Not only would it make it considerably harder to steal content but would also make the website more exclusive, which is the whole point. 2) is there any rule against account sharing? Because I can't find it anywhere, and I can imagine a lot of people could abuse it and just share account information with their friends and have two or more people watch the content that was only paid for by one person.

For people who don't know: unlisted videos have no ads; so if all non-patreons/YT-onlies people watch it unlisted because of link-sharing, they won't get ad revenue. The Robin-Hoodery isn't that much of a "good samaritan" thing because they'd only jump ahead a couple episodes and then what? They'd still have to wait 1 week like before.
