Problem is they watch a lot of shows and trying to factor in meetup times, editing times, other things they do like books, games, etc. They don't always have time to watch so much. Only so many hours in a day.

I have to agree with people that are saying they need to do more reactions per week for this show. Filler or no filler. Especially when you factor in Shippuden. I have seen some say 3 per week but I think they need to do 2 episodes at a time twice per week. So four per week.

From what I remember, excluding filler there's like 450 episodes combined. This isn't the only show they're watching so 2 episodes a week seems reasonable. Some people will definitely be here for all of it, some won't. It's not really a huge problem for them either way because they will make the vast majority of their patreon money even without the Naruto exclusive people.

People need to let them experience the show on their own, and not hype up certain characters (like Rock Lee) /specific episodes/fights, or outright telling them how somebody’s Arc goes. It defeats the purpose of a BLIND reaction series if they already know if what’s coming is good or not.
