Federal City (very WIP)

Not the biggest city in the heartland, but one of the most influential: the Capital is where the Federal Family formed and where it stil resides. The Federal Compound-- an enormous, multi-tiered tower-- sits at its center.
The Federal Tower is supposed to look like a bunch of Family Towers Mashed together, because this is, more or less, what the Federal Family is.
