Hey, pals! Sorry for the lack of updates the last couple weeks, been very busy workin and runnin around! I'm excited to share this long over due FAQ post to hopefully satisfy any questions new sticker club members might have! (Scroll to the bottom for an update about the ghost stickers!)

Did I miss the [RECENT STICKER THEME] Stickers? Why does the about page say I missed them?
If you joined the sticker club and your payment processed by the deadline [usually the first of the month], then you’re all set and I’ve got you down in my mailing list! I update the about page every month to indicate what stickers you’ll receive upon joining and to let new folks checking the Patreon late know if they just missed the deadline for last month’s stickers. Here’s a brief breakdown on recent deadlines:

[MAY 1st - JUNE 1st] = Sonic Stickers
[JUNE 1st - JULY 1st] = Gumball Dog Stickers

As is the case with all of the following questions, feel free to reach out to me if you’re confused at all, and I’ll try my best to clear up any specific misunderstandings you might have!
Do you ship internationally/How much is shipping?
I sure do ship internationally, and shipping is free (included in your pledge)!
When will the Stickers ship?
I try my darndest to get all the Patreon rewards shipped within 2 weeks of the deadline (first 14 days of the month), and my personal hard deadline for shipping is within 3 weeks of the deadline. If it takes me longer than 3 weeks, I’ll try to throw in extra stickers as consolation for the delay! I’ll post updates on the Patreon once they’re all mailed!
I haven’t received my [SOMEWHAT RECENT THEME] Stickers! What should I do?
This is probably the most frequent question I get, and the answer is usually one of the following:

“No worries, I just sent off your stickers/am currently processing them. You should receive your stickers within 5-7 days of mailing if you’re in the US, and hopefully within 2-4 weeks if you’re outside of the US! I’ll post an update on the Patreon once they’re all mailed!”

“Oh no, you definitely should have received them by now if it’s been a month or longer since I posted the mailing update! Reach out to me on Patreon DMs if you’re missing stickers this long and I’ll double check your info in my mailing list and check my PO Box in case your stickers got sent back to me.”

In either case, it doesn’t hurt to reach out to me for an update if I haven’t posted any updates on the Patreon!
I forgot to cancel my pledge, can I get a refund for this last month?
No worries! As long as I haven’t shipped off your stickers for that pledge, I don’t mind sending you a refund! Your support and care for my work is infinitely appreciated no matter how brief!
I missed the stickers I really wanted! Is there anyway I can buy them in the future?
Sorry you just missed em! It might be a while until they’re up again, but I’ll try to do a couple shop drops a year to sell them online! If you’re in TX, I might be tabling some in person markets in your area where you can pick up some old sticker sheets as well! I’ll post updates on my events here and on my instagram!
