I love puzzle games like Pikmin and racing games bring out the real competitor (and shit talker) out in me!
Eric - Ikaruga
There is something purely therapeutic about Ikarua. At first glance it appears to be total chaos but as you play and learn the game it becomes an incredibly orchestrated experience. Years ago a friend and I managed to work on the game for a few weeks together in co-op mode to the point where we could clear the 5 stages together which is something of an accomplishment. I still fire it up from time to time, but my skills in the game are pretty weak now, haha!
Other than Ikaruga style games I tend to really love rhythm games and almost anything Nintendo: Mario, Zelda, Yoshi, the works! Video games are my thing!

2016-01-15 09:21:03 +0000 UTCI have a few questions that could be worked into facts: 1) Aside from the awesome language classes you attend, what other methods do/did you use to learn Japanese? 2) During my travels in London I tried this weird cheese croissant thing and it was the best thing I have ever had, but I have never found anything like it since! Have you had the experience of trying some awesome food in another country...something you probably won't get to taste again? 3) If you could pick, which country would you love to move to next?

2016-01-12 08:13:50 +0000 UTCI'm an oddball. I grew up on Intellivision (yes, I'm that old). Love the Sims and computerized board games. I've never played Candy Crush, but I'm a huge fan of Bejeweled. I still have my Game Boy Color (one pink and one purple) and my Nintendo DS Lite.
