Eric: Saw this in the park
Added 2016-07-08 04:42:00 +0000 UTCIt's a statue of a bird with a brail explanation. The bird part is made so blind people can touch it and understand more clearly what a bird looks like. They had a bunch of them, different statutes for different birds that live in the area. Pretty cool, made me realize its not often one gets to touch a bird so for blind people their actual shape must be a bit of a mystery.

It would be interesting to have a blind person sculpt their image of animals they have never touched before. -E
