The Shuto Expressway cutting through Ueno
Added 2017-01-12 05:01:16 +0000 UTCI was walking on the Panda Bridge in Ueno and noticed a view of the Shuto Expressway I had never noticed before. As the expressway is raised up within all the urban areas of Tokyo it's not easy to get a view of it making a straight shot through aneighborhood from "above." Of course there is another road (roads?!) directly below it.
