I tried to pitch a trip around Hokkaido to Kyde but she seems more interested in Shikoku. Maybe I'll go up and to the southwest of Hokkaido this summer during her busy season.....

2019-04-03 02:05:40 +0000 UTCIf you like road trips I would consider a summer/fall road trip in Hokkaido. Fly in to Chitose rent a car and visit spots along the way down to Hakodate then fly out of there. Straight shot it takes about 4 hours-ish but there is a lot to see along the way that you could break up over a couple of days.
