Added 2020-04-02 03:20:15 +0000 UTCSo, I recently launched this Patreon and I have no idea what I'm doing... But that's not gonna stop me from doing stuff.
The first thing you may notice is that your pledge is not charged per month, but instead charged per creation. The reason for this is because I may or may not be here making content every month, and that wouldn't be very fair to those who pay every month for nothing. Plus, I won't have to worry about making content every month.
Now, I'm not going to charge every post, I'm not a sadist. That means update posts or WIPs will not pull money out of your wallets.
The only posts I will charge will be the Illustration packs, which are only available to the $10 and $30 tiers.
Also I have been thinking about making another tier, a tier to help people who want to do art. A class of some sort, I guess you could say. Describing my process and take on illustration, complete with video tutorials or something like that. Not sure how I'll do it yet, but it'll probably be something I would want to offer in the future.

Like I said I don't have an online store at the moment so if you're down you I'll just DM you my paypal email and you can send me a couple bucks I'll send you a link for the downloads.

2020-07-24 12:17:14 +0000 UTCThat's understandable. That kind of "download and dash" thing tends to happen a lot. Will I ever have access to the 2nd illustration pack? Considering the pay model you set up, it wouldn't be viable to DM the same link to past packs every month just in case someone missed it.

2020-07-21 01:48:27 +0000 UTCAt the most I will post one illustration pack (charged post) per month, but not every month will have one, thus the decision of charging per creation instead of per month; so I am not ripping people off by not posting. The 1 and 5 dollar tiers are for people who don't really want to pay 10 per creation but still want to support. The 5 dollar tier gets access to WIPS, which I am very bad at posting, and polls. The 1 dollar tier also gets access to participate in polls. Don't know when I'll use polls, maybe in the future when I am a little more indecisive with content. Also, 5 dollar tier and above gets access to future Patreon Exclusive works. The illustration Packages aren't the real focus of this patreon just a catalyst and advertisement, really just there for me to get paid every once in a while. Currently the only illustration pack that you have access to is the first one. This is due to me realizing and seeing people pledge and unpledge when they get what they want. And so after the first illustration pack I made an announcement that future packs will be sent through Direct Messages, to those who are pledged. To reward people who stay pledged. At the moment I do not have an online store available for past illustration packs. I feel that I would need to make more packs before I open one up though. So maybe if you could find a way to pay me directly i.e. paypal, I could send you the 2nd Illustration Pack. But if you can wait the packs will be uploaded to DA sooner or later, don't really know when but they will be there eventually.

Also, if you only charge for illustration packs, which are only available to $10 and $30 tiers, then what are $1 and $5 for? Are those simply flat monthly rates? EDIT: Another question: after I am charged for at least one month, would I have any access to past illustration packs? Or could I potentially purchase them separately? I would really like to see them. :)
