patreon

Patreon Status -

Ive received so much positive support from people. It's made me evaluate my decision of closing patreon.

I don't know if ill change my mind right now, but perhaps in a couple days I'll let everyone know.

Thanks again everyone. I'm still working on 3D stuff, and just to clarify, if I close patreon, I will continue my art making.

edit: Sorry for the temporary uncertainty. It's just that what I do means alot to me, and I want to do my best at it. some of you may also know, I live in a remote place, with little interaction with people, so things that happen online affect me too much I think. again, thank you all for your kind words, despite my character flaws

I hope u do whats best for u,if u feel u are better without patreon then why not try closing it see if it get better, though do know that im happy u gave patreon a shot, i was so happy to be able to "TIP" u for the work that u shared with us for free on deviantart, you are the best 3d artist i've seen(making alot off Tracer works did help to ofc :3) you always made high quality art off Tracer Mercy Dva and even tried your hand on Juri and u deserved to put a price on it i think. sorry if it is bad grammar english is not my language.

also, you made me learn a new word, lacunary

yeah I understand that. hopefully I can adjust people's expectations in some way. I rarely have the ability to produce 3 things a month. If my workflow was different, like if I used DAZ or other premade things constantly, you would see art from me more frequently. But the things I cobble together, require alot of time and thought. (I dont mean to imply you want me to compromise anything ofc).

Bit late to the party but I'll offer my view on things anyway: When I subscribe to a Patreon, I do expect regularly(-ish) getting updates/art, I don't personally see Patreon as a tip jar, at least when it comes to artists. And I did notice that you just posted whenever, two or three times a month, with no real schedule. But, for some reason, even with the lacunary posts, it still felt great to get a notification like "Snacks posted something new", although posting everywhere at the same time and not having that "exclusive first look" a couple days before by paying you every month mitigated the effect. I'm not sure where I was heading with all that, but I hope it gave you some insight anyway
