Also, Misa is not immortal, she has as much lifespan as the Death God had when he saved her. We can not know how much that is, could be 50 years could just as well be 300. And she did the Eye Deal with Rem, the one Light refuses every time Ryuk mentions it. So half her remaining lifespan for the Eyes of a Death God.
