IMPORTANT: Update Regarding Sales Tax

Just got an email this morning from Patreon that affects you guys, so I thought It'd be best to let you guys know now.
Patreon is being required by law to start adding sales tax to patron pledges starting July 1st. Not every patron will be charged, and for most that will be, it will be a very small amount.
Sales tax does vary by location, and some patrons won't be affected by this at all. For example, sales tax rates in the US range from 4% to 11%, so on a $5 pledge, that would be between 20 cents and 55 cents.
As much as this sucks, it is the law and it's not something that Patreon nor it's creators can stop. If you do wanna know more about this please refer to the link below!
