Even rarer than the woolpertinger itself is the whiskered water. Gaining its powers from the preserved woolpertingerβs whisker, the potion holds a portion of this marvelous critterβs inherent magic β for good and bad alike. While it grants the ability to quickly react to attacks, it also triggers random teleportation coupled with the slowing effect of the woolpertingerβs bite. Brewing this potion proves to be a nearly impossible task since the whisker must not be taken by force. Otherwise it loses its alchemistic potential.
