anyone with the /audio/ error or anything like that (right after the game goes to start) try changing your non-unicode language settings (in the control pane) to Simplified Chinese(under Admin root) and then restart. Game should work fine. (don't forget restart your computer)
go to Control Panel, then to Clock, Language and Region, click change location and then under the Administrative click "change system location" from that I changed it to Chinese (Simplified, China) and then restarted my computer.
And if all above didn't work,you can try to shutdown your anti-virus software first and do again.
