June Bonus Poll
Added 2021-06-24 21:32:35 +0000 UTCHello there folks, the monthly bonuses have been pretty out of wack for awhile now, haven't they. In addition we've covered a lot of worldbuilding content and it can sometimes be hard to work in interesting alt character interviews that don't just repeat a story point.
So I'd like to ask you patrons if you'd like to change up this particular reward. My idea to replace the more random bonuses updates is to start a genuine sidestory, which will receive a chapter every month. This would be a longer term project which you as patrons would have exclusive access to for some time, though I may start posting old chapters to royal road once there is a significant backlog.
I have a few ideas in mind for this, and the stories would be set in the same world as Forge and Threads. I'll give you guys a choice over which story I write if you vote for the change.

The intent here is a sidestory not directly connected to the main story and thus spoiler free. It will be posted here on Patreon too if selected

2021-06-25 20:31:28 +0000 UTCOne of the issues with current bonus side stories is that they are commission, and those commissions often come from where the quest is currently at. Posting those side stories would be massive spoilers for RR patrons, so those side stories go into a discord channel to prevent that. Hopefully these side stories are in line with where RR is, so they can be posted in patron without spoiling entire story arcs.
