Just so you know, when I build these charts I get the images/names from behindthevoiceactors.com. They only have the character's image, name and who has voiced them in what shows. Beyond that, and I'm hardly even looking at that, no spoilers to the series involved. :-)

Occasionally the narrator for an episode will be an in universe character, so stay on your toes for that. There’s only one girl with neck scar. Anri found her, then figured she found the wrong person and ran away. Seji then found the neck scar girl at the end of the episode. You have her named Mika Harima on your chart, but I’d leave that name blank until the show tells you. You’ll notice the opening lists the names of all the characters one by one, but doesn’t for her. Interesting relationships that come up in this episode are a) Kida and Izaya seem to already know each other and b) Shizuo and Celty seem to know each other. I also like the way you’re thinking about the story. In an ensemble cast scenario, who is a protagonist and who is an antagonist is entirely relative.
