I think (A) could be a bit of a spoiler, at least to the fact that the show isn't going to tell us. Otherwise, without that tidbit, we'd be anticipating finding out and making guesses...

Since I know you read author's notes I'm going to mention a couple of non-spoiler clarifications if that is ok: (A) We don't know and I don't know who No-Face is (I haven't read much past anime). Frederica only could watch from Kiri's (Pale Rider's) POV since she knows him well. She never said anything about someone else. (B) Baleygr is the name the Legion assigned to an unkillable unit that fought on the Republic's side. Its a Viking term but I forgot why Asato Asato chose it. It went dark for months, and surprisingly appeared now on the Western front for the Federacy which peaked the Legion's interest. (C) No-Face tells Pale Rider that he could be fatal to Baleygr. This seems like a contradiction since wouldn't Pale-Rider's shot killed them all without Frederica's warning? Yes it would have. After Baleyger survived the Morpho fake out the Legion re-evaluated the situation and decided it now prioritized capturing Baleygr (Shin) alive to find out more info. Thanks as always!!!
