Theta: "Still calling him Mister, even though you're holding *his* panties" The big ape-girl said those were Ariel's panties. Fitz acts as a bodyguard/servant, so (s)he does Ariel's laundry as well. Incase you didn't notice, *everyone* has been referring to Fitz has "him". Everyone thinks Fitz is just an effeminate male. It's part of Sylphie's disguise/persona that Ariel made for her. There's a reason for it, but I can't remember what exactly it is (and I believe it's mentioned later on anyways, so we'll find out soon enough).

On Theta thinking Rudy was 15 when him and Eris "did the deed": It was mentioned that *Eris* just turned 15 at that time, so that's where Theta's confusion might come from. However, since he doubts me, I shall put on my "ackshully" glasses for this one. Rudy was 12 when Eris and him had sex. Eris just turned 15 nearing the end of their journey from the demon continent, so she was considered an adult in this world. When Eris came to Rudy's tent, and they were sitting on the bed, here's the relevant part of that conversation: Season 1, Episode 22, Timestamp: 16:46 Eris: "Rudeus, I'm all alone now. And I turned 15 the other day." Rudy: "Ah, it completely slipped my mind. Umm... Is it too late to get you a present? What would you like?" Eris: "A family. Rudeus, be my family." Rudy: "So, you want to be brother and sister?" Eris: "I don't care what we are. What I mean is... Let's sleep together" Rudy: "I-Isn't that sudden?" Eris: "We promised, remember?" Rudy: "But that was for when I turn 15." Eris: "I don't care either way." So yes, the anime HAS told us this before. But as I've said in episode comments past, it's reasonable to not remember everything said in a show, so I'll forgive you ;) If you want, I can scour all the other episodes for when the passage of time is explicitly stated, but I'd prefer not to. This one was easy since I knew for a fact it was stated in the show and exactly where to find it (one of the benefits of having watched the show multiple times).
