Hello everyone!

We have for you today submod, which many of you wanted since WH2 release! Synthetic Man and Me put it together fully balanced and adapted version of T4 Minor Settlements Mod!

This includes balanced garrisons, building effects, costs, turn times and recruitment of vannila and custom units!

For all those who enjoyed this mod in WH1 can do same now in WH2!
