All I can tell is that the board has the same amount of players on each team. They're all on one side of the board except for one black piece on the other side. Maybe everyone still there when Nol leaves for college? Or someone else not deep in the situation yet. I can't tell what type of piece it is.

In one we have the front view and the other the side view, so it's difficult to tell. Although Nol's mom's motorcycle gloves had Black, Red, and White on them, so it does look like a set with the helmet in this illustration.
