Freebie: Dinosaur Concentration Game ✨

We have another little present for you wonderful patrons: a Dinosaur Concentration Game! Be it as a way to learn about ancient animals, as a fun activity, or as a distraction during these wild times - we hope you'll have fun with it.

You can find the Genus of Animal on the Card as well as a number to keep track of everything. If you want to know more about the dinos, you can have a look at this poster - it's a pretty great cheat sheet ;)

We designed 16 cards. Print them twice to get matching pairs. Glue on the backs featuring the kurzgesagt earth, cut them out and start playing!

Have fun and good luck telling your Edmontosaurus from your Edmontonia! 🤞

This is great 👍

Thank you David!!

For an added challenge, try to find all the matching pairs in as few flips as possible.

David Winiecki

Print two copies of each sheet, cut out the squares, and glue the earth cards to the backs of the dino cards. Then place them all earth side up so you can't see any of the dinosaurs. Next flip over two cards. If they are the same dinosaur, then set them to the side and continue flipping 2 cards at a time. If they are different, then flip them back over and turn over 2 cards again. (You can turn over one or both of the same cards that you just saw did not match. The important thing is that only 2 dinos are visible at a time.)

Thank you!! I'm afraid I don't understand how to play :) can anyone help me please?

Hey! My girlfriend in a speech therapist over here in France and I immediately sent her this material. She will use it as a tool to work on non-common words in a fun and engaging way. (We're both fans) Did you expect such a use to come out of this PDF? ;D

This is so wonderful!

Edmontosaurus from an Edmontonia? That's easy! The first looks like a hadrosaur, and the latter is in the same family as the anklyosaur. Lovely little game, thanks for sharing. :)
