You're half right. But when youre a part of a team, doing team labor is expected and there should be no problem with that. Its fine if youre not used to it, but helping keep the team afloat is a requirement on everyone's part. Otherwise youre a leech. Taking, but not giving. It shouldn't be fucking kryptonite to simply do some labor that helps everyone, like helping unload.

I have to thank you for not hating on loners. I get way too much of it now that my workplace has developed the team system. The fact of the matter is that I can't think and talk at the same time, so I'm more productive by myself. Some people have an issue with that. But I can't exactly retrain my brain to think a different way. I think in video. When people talk to me, the pictures go away. Also, I'm incapable of hearing two people talk at once. Team work is definitely not my strong suit, but I'm not going to apologize for it either. I do my job just fine when they're not trying to have me work one area with four other people.
