Weekly Update 6.5.17

Whew…what a week. First page of BLACK LABEL was finished (two versions) and got the second about halfway finished. Then I had my car broken into and had a bunch of stuff stolen. This was followed by a super busy work weekend. Seriously, I got about 8 hours of sleep over the course of three days.

That being said…It was a very successful weekend and even though I was working hard the whole time, I also had a blast! I even had time to write down a very fun and sexy scene with Sam and Val that I am trying to work into the BLACK LABEL cannon. Seriously, it’s too good not to include! I’m all caught up on my sleep now and I’m ready to get back to work!

My car has been repaired (minimal damage, one broken window) but I’m still waiting to hear back from the insurance company to see if I can get my stuff replaced. May have to do some commissions so I can replace my gear, but hopefully I can just concentrate on BLACK LABEL and AMAZON.

So this week I want to get pages 2 and 3 of BLACK LABEL done. That will complete the first comic, Girls in a Dungeon, and take us straight into the second comic, Friends at a Party. Will try and get those laid out this week. :)

I need to work on my coloring skillz, so I’m going to do some super simple portrait stuff for as part of my daily warm-ups. The really good stuff I’ll be posting here and possibly on my old DevArt page. And possibly instagram. We shall see.

Finally heard back from the Sacramento Anime Con (SacAnime) and I have acquired a small press table for the September convention! More expensive than an artist alley table but it’s a bigger table in a better location! I would not have been able to get this table without your support here on Patreon, so thank you very much!
