Weekly Update 07.02.18...

...We did it folks! We finished CONSENTACLE CHRONICLES Part 1: STRESS RELIEF!

Unlike with the Valentine’s Day comic I didn’t crash after this one (probably because I wasn’t desperately trying to make a deadline). I remember being an absolute zombie for a couple days last time. Not this time though!

I haven’t looked at the numbers yet to see if people are checking out the comic. I figured I’d let it sit for a few weeks so it doesn’t drive me crazy. If it does well, maybe I’ll do the next one for October; CONSENTACLE CHRONICLES Part 2: THE ACADEMY. It takes place in the same universe as STRESS RELIEF and involves the same technology. :)

I was originally planning a Futa Succubus comic for Halloween, but the futa stuff hasn’t gotten much of a reception with my audience. People are here for the bondage after all. :)

So for now, let’s give the people what they want: BLACK LABEL! So excited to get back to work on it!

I have five color images I need to get done this week. Four of them with Meg, Ellie, Sam and Val. What they’re for is rather fun. I won’t share for now (I’m such a tease), but it will become painfully obvious once it’s all done. The other image is for my friend Mel’s Epic Chaos Kickstarter which I posted about last week.

In other news, my wife’s birthday is this week and I always do something special for her. I try to give her an experience she can remember rather than just a gift. And of course, I always draw her a comic (although what I want to draw for her this year is going to take me a while). This year I’m doing something a bit different; We’ve invited all our friends over to play The Call of Cthulhu table top RPG. As I mentioned, she got me into Dungeons & Dragons this past year. Finding out there was a game centered around the works of H.P. Lovecraft was a great surprise. I’m going all out on this; costumes, props, music, handouts, etc. This has also been a great opportunity to stretch my writing muscles. I hope everyone has a good time and wants to play again, because I’m not sure we can wrap up this scenario in one session.

So lots to work on and hopefully lots of updates real soon! Hope you’ll look forward to them!

In other news, I’m out of town Friday-Saturday. Other than that, I should have plenty of time to get some work done.
