Chapter 8, Page 4...
Added 2023-10-24 22:47:27 +0000 UTC...technically page 5, as I plan to add a page. I have two pages laid out and ready to go and an couple exclusives coming soon. With the crowdfundr campaign mostly behind me (I'm now starting to get so 'return to sender' packages that I'll need to take care of) it feels great to have time to draw again.
I don't think I'll be doing a crowdfundr for the next book. Too much time away from the drawing table. Setting up a store (which is already on my to do list) and taking preorders should be much more practical. As amazing an experience doing the crowdfundr has been, my page and art output has suffered far more than I am comfortable with. At least the comic is moving forward again, so live and learn!

A little unrelated to this current post, but this all started because El was given a book apparently filled with lovely pictures. Anybody know of a really nice art book/coffee table book that would deliver? Looking for something that really showcases the art of rope and is steamy.

It’s interesting to see her nearly forensic examination of these things considering she doesn’t visibly show excitement. It’s also becoming apparent that she has a habit of letting her imagination run amok; probably why she’s the DM in their DnD sessions, lol. And with the curtain comment; I can’t help but imagine the rope is red. That’s the color that comes to mind when I think “velvet curtains” lol
