Early April Update

Hey there kin! It's been a little while, and I'll get to what was happening near the end of this, but let's talk about what you've all been waiting for!

Lust Quest: Ice is now way more playable than it ever was, and posted along with this is a new playable version for all of you who were very patient with me.

Below are the update notes:

Thank you so much for your patience with me as it's taken some time to get this out. I realize now that I missed my original projections entirely due to the large scope of this project. I'll be bringing the scope back down once this project is complete, but on the bright side, there's around 10-13000 words in LQ: Ice. It's essentially become a short visual novel! You'll have to thank Malic for his fantastic help adding to the writing of the game. It's saved me a lot of time and effort and is very appreciated.

Next on the chopping block is Cactmyn. I'd like to make sure I have her done in two weeks, but will update if things don't go according to plan (as they have not recently)

Speaking of that. I'd like to offer some clarity on my absence the past month or so. I'll keep personal stuff very brief as I don't want this to be an excuse or anything, and plan to be more straightforward pressing onward.

Previously I went to a wedding, that was planned and nothing bad happened from that, but after the wedding I came home and I ended up in the hospital due to an unfortunate incident at a local bar. I'd rather not go into details but it left me pretty traumatized for around a month. This of course led to me just not producing anything and having to take time away from the game to rest. I only just got back into gear at the beginning of March, barely scraping together the YCH character slots. Everything's better now and I feel a lot more motivated to work on the game seeing as I missed a good amount of time. 

But there's not all bad in that last month. Malic and Sketchu both kept up an amazing job producing writing and concepts for the game during this period and I'm excited to share Sketchu's character concepts for future characters in Lust Quest. There's a large variety in them from anthro tumbleweeds, gator mummies, a fox made of pure flames, a feral termite girl, and so many more! And Uberwulf X has been working on a main theme for the game, something like an anthem for lust quest that we'll be using for promos and the title screen!

Anyway, thank you for reading. I'm back and hoping to start producing content with a lot more consistancy going forward. Hopefully, as long as everything slots together right. LQ: Ice should have everyone in it by the end of may at the latest.
