For sleep, I usually try and turn on some soft music with no words like jazz or lofi so instead of thinking about death and insignificance, π I just think about what instruments are being used to make the music or just sing in my head. Itβs a calming distraction. Also most tea tastes like ass booty crack to me too but fruit teas are pretty good. Especially if you get a sweet one.
