I'll do my best to go with what you choose but it's possible that some stuff just might not work. It's not an exact science. If that happens I'll go with the second most popular option etc. or figure something else out.
Also what you choose can affect later choices but there's no great rhyme or reason to it. If you go for dicknipples now for example... don't expect a lot of options for extra breasts later as that's a pain to duplicate over and over.
