Animation stages 1- Layout/Animatic

This is the first stage, which is animatic and layouts. Normally studios would take the boards and create an animatic based on it, but I combine layouts and animatic into one because I often go straight to animation from it.
I take the voice tracks and try to get a rough timing based on it, creating poses for it. That's stage 1. Will post part 2 tomorrow
