2024-08-26 21:50:11 +0000 UTCHadn’t thought about it, but Blowin Free would definitely be on my playlist for cruising down the open road 😊

2024-08-26 18:24:55 +0000 UTCI don't get how Judas Priest gets so few votes? It's classic metal sound...

2024-08-26 06:07:45 +0000 UTCAside from doing a disk cleanup & turning it off & back on again, that’s all I know! 🤭

2024-08-26 00:03:23 +0000 UTCLooking at this list I think Wishbone Ash would have fitted in better than I thought.

2024-08-25 21:08:28 +0000 UTCGreat list. Next poll maybe we can do ‘Tracks to loose your licence to’ ie songs that actually make you want to hit the gas/up the voltage, sing out loud while beating your hands on the wheel in time with the drums! - not just songs with Drive in the title. Here’s my list starter - ‘Bohemian Like You’ by the Dandy Warhols

2024-08-25 19:47:28 +0000 UTCI had a beer with Chris Rea’s brother, Mike, when I was back in the UK in May this year (Mike cant sing a note, but has the same deep Geordie accent)

2024-08-25 19:36:49 +0000 UTCHow is "Holiday Road" not on this list
Pat Bourque
2024-08-25 19:34:48 +0000 UTCMine never do either, I feel your pain.
Neale Brassell
2024-08-25 17:50:34 +0000 UTCMine didn't even make the list :(

2024-08-25 17:47:03 +0000 UTCThanks Margaret and Fort-Man - excellent suggestions. It worked with clicking the name rather than the box, but I shall remember the cache and cookies clearance suggestion for any future difficulties.
Adie
2024-08-25 17:23:19 +0000 UTCAre you clicking on the check box or on the song title/artist section?? I've found that just clicking the check box doesn't work most of the time.
Fort-Man
2024-08-24 23:20:30 +0000 UTCMuch under appreciated. How he’s kept going considering all his health issues I don’t know

2024-08-24 22:40:24 +0000 UTCAdie, if the site won’t take your vote, try clearing your cache & cookies. Failing that, the mobile app is pretty reliable. 🤝

2024-08-24 22:04:50 +0000 UTCSometimes the website just doesn't want my votes! I click on the boxes, but no x in the box. Hey ho. So I'll just say I will be attempting to vote for Born to be Wild (think this might be a legal requirement) Gimme All Your Lovin' (another legal requirement) The Road to Hell (because it's the long version and Chris Rea is a wonderful guitarist and artist, and hugely underrated IMHO) I Drove All Night (Only a true artist like Cyndi Lauper could add depth to a Roy Orbison track) Drive (A few minutes of beautiful soulful reflection while you're on your road trip)
Adie
2024-08-24 21:57:48 +0000 UTCGiving some attention to my pick, Chris Rea - The Road To Hell. Killer song to drive to!
Andrew Marsh
2024-08-24 18:05:33 +0000 UTCI agree - Cyndi’s version of that song is so powerful, it deserves more votes!!
Margaret Barnes
2024-08-24 16:00:25 +0000 UTCVote for Hawkwind and Supertramp (I did 😊)!!
Chris Gadsby
2024-08-24 13:44:22 +0000 UTCit will have to be Damnation Ally Hawkwind then
Terence colin Shortman
2024-08-24 13:41:15 +0000 UTCGood News! Doug has reacted to both of those!
Matthew Hackbert
2024-08-24 13:39:11 +0000 UTCI've voted for some songs I've never heard before, and included Blackfoot; one of my customers is former guitarist Eddie Golga, and he's a really nice guy, so they had to be included. I prefer Roy Orbison's version of "Drove All Night".
Ralph Darvill
2024-08-24 10:10:30 +0000 UTCI'm sure it would be up here if Doug hadn't have reacted to it already! :-)
Matt B
2024-08-24 09:31:16 +0000 UTCWell, I didn't think Cyndi Lauper would get through to this stage! Hopefully there will be some more votes for I DROVE ALL NIGHT as it is an awesome driving track, and she is the only female up here! Indeed women can drive!
Matt B
2024-08-24 09:29:19 +0000 UTCI was planning to vote for Hawkwind, but realised it’ll never win, so I changed my vote to Supertramp 😎
Karl Stubsjoen
2024-08-24 08:30:39 +0000 UTCHawkwind!
Ray Sincere
2024-08-24 06:09:54 +0000 UTCSkateaway - the best Dire Straits song.

2024-08-24 04:11:38 +0000 UTCGoing Down or Freeway Jam by Jeff Beck
Steven Nemeth
2024-08-24 03:22:37 +0000 UTCYes radar love highway star a must
Terence colin Shortman
2024-08-24 03:14:09 +0000 UTCBoth of those would have gotten votes from me!
Richard Rathbun
2024-08-24 03:11:32 +0000 UTCDang, no "Neal and Jack and Me."
Jesstifer
2024-08-24 03:02:18 +0000 UTCRadar Love covered by White Lion was in the discord voting, but didn't make it. Doug has reacted to the Golden Earring version in a previous FF.
Matthew Hackbert
2024-08-23 23:41:10 +0000 UTCCome on Judas Priest!
Matthew Hackbert
2024-08-23 23:05:48 +0000 UTCIt's Chris Rea, not "Rhea"
Mark J Moerman
2024-08-23 22:59:47 +0000 UTCTo clarify, the ZZ Top song is "Gimme All Your Lovin'" (I don't think it can be edited.)
Fort-Man
2024-08-23 22:56:57 +0000 UTCI guess I missed the discord vote, my mistake. But this is one of the most iconic alongside Deep Purple's Highway Star.
Timothy Gjerde
2024-08-23 22:55:32 +0000 UTCJust wondering why Golden Earring's "Radar Love" isn't on the list.
