Usually, that's how quests get unlocked. Other sites you can check would be: - The wishing well (Park) - Priya's Phone Shop (Progressing with Dexter) - By unlocking the phone, having a full date with Alyssia (From the room, using the phone) In one of these places the missing quest should pop up ^^
