Louisiana and Maine Compared

I spent a LOT of time researching Acadian history. Also, I now really, really want to visit both now. I've been to Maine, but never Louisiana.

(Nebraska as well) I also love how they have adopted ranked choice voting. Maine is carrying the pro democracy torch! I also think it is interesting that Louisiana territories are called parishes instead of counties.
